Its probably a little early to get too excited but the early part of 2010 has seen a significant increase in activity within the commercial property market according to Parkinson’s Director Dan Crawshaw. “We at Parkinson’s have had the busiest two months that we have had in a long time. The works has been varied but we have definitely noticed increased number of lettings and sales taking place but also interestingly have noticed an increase in the number of valuation instructions and instructions relating to development advice that we are receiving”. In their first game of 2010 Parkinson CPC played the RBS and eventually won the game 12-7. “We were straight out of the blocks and banged in 5 or 6 quick goals whilst the RBS team took a while to get going following the Christmas break no doubt!” Said Parkinsons midfield dynamo Dan Shepherd. Parkinson CPC entered a team in what is anticipated and hoped may become an annual charity go karting event at Wigan Karting. The event was organised by the Royal Bank of Scotland and proceeds went to The Princes Trust. Parkinson’s team eventually finished 2nd overall in the 2 hour endurance race finishing behind the overall winners RBS. Tony Bellis was convinced Parkinson’s could have won the race had it not been for him stalling the kart, yes thats right he stalled a go kart! |
