Parkinson’s have successfully negotiated the acquisition acquisition of the freehold land interest for Wigan and Leigh RSPCA’s new HQ on York Street, Wigan. The freehold was acquired from Wigan MBC. Parkinson’s had already advised and completed the acquisition of the long leasehold interest earlier in the year which provided the RSPCA with the new facility but the acquisition of the freehold now completes the investement in the site. Parkinson’s have just completed a letting of the former Elim Christian Centre, Greenhough Street, Wigan to The Academy of Live and Recorded Artists (ALRA). ALRA have launched ‘ALRA North’ this will be the first CDS Drama School to offer regional training together with training at their London base. Parkinson’s have just completed one of their most challenging lettings of an industrial unit at the corner of Cross Street / Woods Street, Wigan (Just behind Go Outdoors).
